The flats are heated with energy-saving district heating. They are flooded with light and most have a balcony.
Star architects Renzo Piano and Christoph Kohlbecker designed the residential building in such a way that it blends in perfectly with the urban environment of Potsdamer Platz and exceeds the strictest design and living requirements. The flats are flooded with light thanks to mostly floor-to-ceiling, double-glazed windows. The sun shade fitted to the outside has a cooling effect on hot summer days. Spacious balconies invite you to linger. There are 31 two-room flats in the building—either compact living units or maisonettes. A further six representative three-room flats and eight one-room flats with special flair leave no other living set-up to be desired.
Utmost attention was paid to high-quality materials, an intelligent layout, elaborate structures and comfortable extras in the design of the building.
You can easily reach your flat via a key-secured lift which goes from the underground car park to all floors or via the spacious staircase. The video intercom and the letterbox area in the lockable foyer ensure convenience and security.
